I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) dedicated to helping people who feel stuck in their health journey finally get the support and answers they’ve been searching for. After struggling with Hashimoto’s, PCOS, and chronic digestive issues myself, I know firsthand how frustrating it is to be given band-aid solutions that don’t address the root cause. That’s why I take a foundational, science-backed approach to nutrition and lifestyle, working alongside my clients—and their medical professionals—to uncover underlying imbalances and create sustainable, real-life solutions.
